What's your superpower? / What do you want it to be?
My superpower is unconditional love! It is the quickest way to solve any problem inside or outside. The secret is that we all already possess it and only need to unlock its potential!
How do you express gratitude?
I smile big, give hugs and randomly bring people flowers.
Why do you share yoga?
Yoga is not just about poses and feeling good in the physical body. Yoga is about community, learning together and building a safe space to lean into when life gets tough. I share yoga to promote connection, laughter and taking a pause in this crazy world.
What's your favorite pose? Why?
Savasana, for obvious reasons.
When was the last time you laughed out loud?
Just now! I was looking at a picture from my Integral Coaching Graduation where a bunch of professional big wigs are all sticking their tongues out. It's hilarious!
What always makes you smile?
Working with coaching clients, sunshine, my doggie Niko, music, flowers blooming, downhill mountain biking,
What does flow mean to you?
Flow means ceasing to think and surrendering to being.
What can our TGY friends expect from your class?
They can expect to leave sweaty and pondering a new idea. They can expect to laugh and to practice not taking themselves, or yoga, so seriously.
